At Us Engravo, we do not offer returns on custom-printed or engraved products because they are uniquely made for you.

However, we will provide a full refund or replacement if there is an error on our part, such as:

  • An incorrect design.

  • The wrong engraving.

  • A spelling mistake made by our team.

How to Claim: Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery. To start a claim, please contact us with your order details and a photo of the mistake.
